Hi! I’m Lizzy, an Amsterdam based food photographer and recipe developer. Food is my passion, I love creating, sharing, tasting and talking about food, but most of all capturing moutwatering images that helps your food business in reaching your audience.
My interest in food already started at a young age. My dad is a chef, so me and my sister were raised with good food. Being introduced to unique flavors and dishes early on has helped me develop an interest in a wide variety of cuisines. Having travelled all over the world has really inspired me. I love learning about other cultures and local food traditions and I enjoy cooking recipes from all over the world, with a focus on vegan/vegetarian/pescetarian recipes and the occasional baking session. In case you’re in need of recipe development, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’d love to discuss the possibilities with you.
From food that screams ‘eat me!’ to more creative photos highlighting great ingredients or process shots. Over the years I’ve developed my own style in capturing food images, which can be described as versatile, clean, colorful and inviting. I love shooting with my DSLR using both natural and artificial lighting and enjoy styling my own images using unique props. My ideal clients are restaurants, food brands, small business owners or magazines that are inclusive, sustainable and creative, with owners that are as passionate about food as I am.
To give you a glimpse of what type of images I shoot, see my work. And of course don’t hesitate to contact me in case you have a question or are interested in a collaboration (I speak Dutch and English). From restaurant menu items and interiors to cookbook images and custom recipes, I got your back!
Clients I’ve worked with include: Dutchdeluxes, Knorr, Go-Tan, Dim-Sum Point, Restaurant aan de Kade, La Petite Épicerie, Restaurant Vessel, Bolt Food, Moon Magic, Cafe Goldmund, VASD Architecten, Go Now Shots.
